You can use a free service, if you can find one and most phones made in the last 4-5 years do not have one, however expectto get what you have paid for. They have an email,phone # and live chat on there site, if you need support once you get the information (better with a 1 866 or 1 800 # for support) 2. You know your model so you can search there site for it (compare price and time since often there are several options for your model) 3. Accredited company, been in business for sometime, supported by BBB or concrete feedback 4. Are they only unlocking or have there hands into many things like cell phones, accessories, calling cards, etc...If they only do unlocking, they are likely more qualified.
