Overall, all these features work towards making this phone system exceptionally good value for money.

The speaker phone models on the Omni PXC Phone System have a high sound quality and with its one touch redial, speed dials and the simple action to transfer on hold, this phone system is unbeatable. This system has many different features and will be second to none. You can find many handsets with intuitive icons, soft keys ergonomically optimized design and alpha numeric keyboards if it’s required. This phone system is equipped with DECT cordless handsets which will give it greater mobility. With a broad selection of Bluetooth cordless headsets you can find a model for any requirements.

Majority of people will probably prefer the mid range Alcatel 4029 handset on their desk over the standard 4019 or the higher end System Manager 4039. The biggest difference between the models is that the 4039 comes with 10 soft keys whilst the 4029 handset only features 6 soft keys.

On the Alcatel 4029 Phone System handset the screen is large and the handset features an easy to read layout providing you with a 6 line LCD display and 4 way navigator keys. These navigator keys will be practically used to access all function needs. There is also good use of colour lighting on the handset where orange is to activate the speaker phone, yellow is to mute and red flashing means you have voicemail.

It has a qwerty keyboard on the bottom half of the handset which will allow users to enter and store info directly from the handset; it will also allow faster access to speed dial numbers. If you enter the first 2 letters of the person you wish to call, their number will appear on the screen, simply press ok and it dials the number for you.

Other advantageous features of this phone system include put the caller on speaker phone, redial, the ability to transfer a call, mute, place the caller on hold, dial a number from the computer address book (CTI) and hold up to as many as 3000 speed dial numbers. If you need to use a blue tooth headset you have the option of getting a headphone jack. The Alcatel Omni PCX Phone System also has a range of advanced features available including call accounting software, Computer Telephony Interface (CTI) which can be used to dial numbers using your Computers address book.
