This Nintendo Ultra Lite is just what it says, smaller, lighter, and brighter at only 1/2 lb and still has advanced features and much improved quality by keeping the dual system with a touch panal and Wi-Fi connection. To help you see what is happening the DS Lite has four different adjustments for brightness, but the DS Lite has undergone a minor facelift in that it removed the battery power and microphone from the bottom to the middle of the two screens and left the original position of the four main buttons in the same place and the start and select buttons have been placed on the bottom and made smaller which will make it much easier to use and to locate while you are playing. Another change in the DS Lite Nintendo is the introduction of a white body, but It has not been confirmed if they will stay away from the silver or go to some other colors later this spring. There is a great rariety of languages used in the DS Lite, such as Italian, German, Japanese, Spanish, French and, of course, English. So, if you purchase the machine or buy parts at different locations, they will all be compatible. All machines come equiped with one game, Whac-a-Mole, so you need to do some comparing of the machine with others on the market and compare the capabilities and the prices and when you do, I believe, you will see this one has an edge over its competitors in several respects.
