Buying lingerie for women can be not only daunting but very confusing as well. The amount of things to choose from can be overwhelming from corsets to babydolls, how is the average man to know the difference? Men have a tendency to buy what they want to see their partner in, not necessarily what she will feel comfortable in. So during your shipping experience it is important to think about how she will feel wearing it. As you may love her bum, she may hate it and the last thing she would want it to show it off with a backless leather chain link skirt. Here are a few things to consider… Her Size and Build Petite and slim -She will be size small on top and bottom. Slim but with big breasts or implants- many items are built for those who are the same size on the top and bottom, in this instance her knicker size will be smaller than the top so it may be wise to go with medium, even large depending on how large her breasts are, and size small knickers. Average height and body- again will more likely to be the same size on the top and bottom – A medium would be a wise choice– please refer to size guide for exact fit Slim top but larger on the bottom - May be best to get a small top and a medium thong. – In the case of babydolls etc with matching thong you should go with a small – that way it fits her on top and if the thong doesn’t fit the top will still look great. Check the size guide for exact measurements. Plus Size Items for the larger woman – items with sizes of 1X.2X.3X and 4X. Please check with the size guide to make sure you have the right size. The best way to know her size would be to look at her current clothes and underwear. You can even get an idea just from looking at the label on her top or jeans without having to go through her knickers. If you know she is a 12 on top but an 8 on the bottom it is always safest to go with the bigger size to allow for the larger bust. There are many separate lingerie items that are available so that you can tailor the outfit to make everything fit perfectly. What to buy? As you are buying something for your partner you must know her relatively well. Picking the right lingerie is important. Again it is you should choose something that you will like but also something that she will want to wear. What do you want to accent? Breasts – Corsets, Basques and Bustiers are great at not only accentuating the breasts but can make them appear much bigger. Bum – Try bra sets with garters and camisole sets Legs – Look for camisoles, babydolls and teddies How daring should it be? You will need to consider her personality. If she has never worn a crotchless panty before it doesn’t mean she wont, maybe she hasn’t had the opportunity. However, you need to gauge the potential for yourself as only you can! If she can be naughty or you think the potential is there, then go for some our riskier items. Roberta Hobrow works for www.elegantsexylingerie.com
