Don’t Stress about Your Chest - Advice for Apple Shaped Figures If you are bigger on top with lean thin legs and a smaller bottom, you body shape is commonly referred to as an apple. Because apple’s carry most of their weight above the waist, they usually have fairly large breast. Although there are many women who would love to have that problem, and others who have paid big bucks to have big bosoms, many women who are naturally endowed find it more of a curse than an asset. This does not have to be the case. If you know how to dress for your body shape, it can make all the difference in the world in the way you look and more importantly how you feel about yourself. The key to any great structure is the foundation. The same holds true for the human form. When you have large breast, it is extremely important that you have the right support. Finding a good fitting bra is extremely important. In fact you should have several. Get a professional fitting, many women are wearing the wrong bra size, and if that is the case with you, then you are not getting the support you need to help you look your best. Here are just a few things for you to keep in mind when looking for a bra, and if you are too shy for a professional fitting here are some tips to make sure you are wearing the right bra size. • Are your straps digging into your shoulders? This would mean you are wearing a bra that is too large around, and your breasts are not getting enough support so they are falling down and pulling your straps with them. • Are your breasts spilling over the top of your bra? This would mean you need a bigger cup size. • When you lift you arm above you head can you see your breast sticking out from the bottom? Again this is another sign that your cup size is too small. • Do the sides of your bra poke out on the sides or poke out at the top of your cup or other areas? This is a sign that your cup size is too large, and you should go down a size. Once you find the right size of bra that will support you best, your next step will be to find a brand that you like and cup style that works best for you and go with it. There are several different styles of cups such as full cup, plunge, or push up for example, and if your breasts are larger then all cup styles may not work for you. Even though trying on bras is not a fun task for most, it is important to experiment with several different brands and types to find out which ones work best for you. If you invest the time into finding a great supporting bra, you will be well on your way to looking great in the clothes you are wearing.
