Nowadays,so many people feel alone, confused and scared.


Fear of the unknown and uncertainty over what tomorrow

would bring have griped many hearts...


I've been in this situation before, and I know what it

really feels like.


At first, I thought I was going crazy ! I simply had NO IDEA what was happening to me.


panic and anxiety attacks came often while driving,eating or in my work place..


I was really devastated...life became miserable..I felt like I was going to loose my life the next minute! What a horrible experience..


I couldn't tell anyone, since i had no explanation for my affliction...


But I'm glad I survived afterall....I finally made a discovery that turned my entire life around! Good heavens! my joy is unspeakable..


Pounding of the heart,feeling dizzy,shortness of breath,tingling or numbness in hands and feet,feeling

pressure in one's chest..thinking you may die or have

a heart attack !


All these are symptoms of panic and anxiety..


millions of people round the world are victims of this

devastating problem.


Fortunately,help can be obtained from a good understanding of what anxiety is and learning to live


with it and NOT allowing it to control us !

sound impossible, but with time, you'll get used to it.

In the process, you'll also learn to redirect your

thoughts...start thinking positively...


get your mind occupied with positive activities that gives you maximum pleasure.


And let the thoughts of fear melt away....



2.Get Self Help Programs...


This is where i found the help i needed! most of these

The solution you seek lies in your hands, only if you
