Biologically speaking, it is a condition when our bodies deplete hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline in order that the body reacts without trouble to the exigent situation. Stress may induce headaches, allergies, insomia (decrease of dream), backache, fatigue and hypertension. Stress can be inherited or can occur due to tragic or painful life events. Stress, in small amounts, can be good but too much stress can effect energy levels. In today's day in age of high stress levels, such as relationships, professional , traumatic patiences, economic hots water and environmental factors can concern dread in a person's life. Managing stress: Stress may have physical, emotional, and psychological symptoms, the same way, managing stress may include both coping with materialistic ailments along with instilling a upbeat attitude towards life. Individuals may see stress in various ways. Some may just see its emotional problems while others may only see how it effects them physically. However, it is a combination of how the someone reacts both physically and psychologically to a challenging and taxing situation. In the course of stress Management, "optimism" and " high spirits" are the key words. All that a psychologist can do for a stressed person is to help him and put light on all the pleasures and beautiful events that life has to offer. The temperament of a stressed out individual is low and it needs to be raised with the help of friends and family. Stress is basically how a person reacts to a no difficult situation in life. To be able to cope with stress, one needs to first look at and deduce how his body will act to a certain situation. It is the human disposition to take measure everything physically and that at times leads to a condition of nervousness. What radically is demanded in vitality is the art of learning how to deal with events however good or bad. It is the outlook of the person that means anything at the end of the day.
