Self help approaches, by its very nature, may not prove beneficial in completely alleviating the root of anxiety disorder especially when the level of anxiety, stress and tension has reached a detrimental and dreadful state. Nevertheless, it is always recommended to attempt some or all of other self help strategies available in addition to those not mentioned above in a manageable level.
