         It is easy to pass off a panic attack symptom as just a fluke. When they begin to affect your life, it may be time to see if your panic attack symptom is a sign of a more serious illness. A panic attack symptom many people mistake for a stomach virus is nausea, indigestion, stomach pain and even bloating. You may become suddenly pale and feel like you are floating outside of your body. Many people will mistake this panic attack symptom for a stroke or other more serious medical ailments. This is certainly a symptom of panic attack as well as blushing inappropriately and skin blotches when you are in a difficult situation. There is no stigma attached to having panic attacks. With the stress and worry that the worlds population has to deal with these days, it is a wonder that more people are not suffering a panic attack symptom.
