For more years than I care to remember I was overweight and tried almost every diet on the market.

Sure I would give it my best shot and be totally dedicated for one maybe two months.
Sometimes I would lose a few pounds, sometimes maybe a stone or two. But always and without a doubt, I would put the weight back on and usually gain some extra pounds for my trouble.

My weight slowly but surely increased year on year until at the age of thirty-seven I rocked the scales at just over twenty-one stone. Now I know there are people out there who are much bigger and heavier than this, but the principle is the same.

We have all been and are being conned by a diet industry that wants us to stay overweight otherwise they would be out of business. Please don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against a company trying to make a profit and good luck to them.
But I am not going to keep falling into the trap of diet and gain, diet and gain.

Anyway just under two years ago, I decided I was no longer going to try to reduce my weight by dieting, they just do not work long-term. Please read that again, in my opinion
DIETING TO REDUCE WEIGHT DOES NOT WORK LONG-TERM.
If it did, the diet industry would not exist as it does today and all who wanted would be slim, fit and healthy.

Having decided this, I still had dreams of being normal size. This is when I decided the only way to finally get the body I wanted was to change my whole outlook on life.

I searched the Internet and read every article on health and weight loss I could find and I found what I was looking for.

So here it is the truth if you like and best of all I give it to you free of charge.

Eat porridge oats with raisins for breakfast, eat a varied selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, together with oily fish and lean poultry, virgin olive oil, fresh pulses and nuts. Drink water, fruit juices and herbal tea. Cut down to the absolute minimum all refined sugar and fats.

Take twenty minutes exercise six days per week, relax and enjoy yourself.

If you follow these simple rules you will lose weight, get fitter and stay away from the diet trap forever.

Personally I have used these simple rules for around three years now and weigh just over
One hundred and sixty eight pounds. Of course I allow myself a treat every now and then, but it works for me and I know it will work for you. Yes it is hard at first and it takes some getting used to but you can do it and you will never need to count calories or measure portions again.

Thanks for taking the time out, I wish you well.
Please visit my website, it has absolutely nothing to do with the diet industry
