We all know how important it is to get the proper nutrition to help maintain a healthy body. And as busy as everyone’s life is, it’s hard to get all the vitamins and minerals you need that you can get from eating the right foods. So we turn to synthetic vitamin supplements to keep healthy. The problem is a vitamin supplement that is synthetic or pharmaceutical is not combatable to your body chemistry. Your body uses it’s own vitamins and minerals to try to break down synthetic vitamin supplements to try to extract the artificial vitamins and minerals that you took the vitamin for in the first place. The problem with artificial vitamin supplements are that they don’t even replace the vitamins and minerals your body lost trying to process the artificial vitamin supplement. So now you took a synthetic vitamin supplement and you are worst off than when you started taking them. Not to mention, that when you get to much of an artificial vitamin supplement they cause very bad side effects. Some side effect from an artificial vitamin supplement can cause harmful side effects that you don’t even know you have and cause damage to your body years from now. If you use a vitamin supplement, you should use a natural whole food vitamin supplement. A natural whole food vitamin supplement is absorbed easier by your body because they come from whole foods which match your body chemistry. There are many good natural vitamin supplements on the market today. So how do you know which vitamin supplement is the right one? All natural or whole food vitamin supplements are the best kind of vitamin supplement to take. The only difference is the quantity of each ingredient and how your body is able to absorb the vitamin supplement. Even a natural and whole food vitamin supplement can be more or less effective due to how they process the ingredients. So the vitamin supplement that would be the easiest absorbed by the body, would be the most effective. So how would a vitamin supplement be made to be the best way for your body to absorb it? Well, if there was a way to break down the ingredients in a vitamin supplement to be delivered at a cellular level, then that would be the best vitamin supplement to take. And it’s also important how the vitamin supplement is processed so the integrity of the ingredients stay fresh and usable. So I did some research by reading and by personally taking different kinds of natural and or whole food vitamin supplements over the last 18 months. I tried different brands of vitamin supplements (I can’t name names) for a one month period. That should be enough time to see the results. After taking about 10 different vitamin supplements, I compared the results. The results were compared on a list with a basic 1 (bad) to 10 (Great) method. The list is as follows. Sleep, mood, energy, stress and how I felt in general. One thing I must say is that every vitamin supplement I tried were much more effective than any synthetic vitamin supplement I took for years and years. From the list of vitamin supplements I took, the one I have been taking for the last 7 months has been the most effective for me. And since most of the people I work with and know who take them are still impressed by the way the feel since taking them.
