    Hemroids Causes
    All experts have their own theory regarding cause of Hemroids. There are no standard or largely accepted causes of hemroids. Before studying causes of hemroids you must understand what is hemroids. If you are ignorant about the basic information of hemroids, chances are that you will think other similar symptoms as that of hemroid. In simple words, hemroid is nothing but swelling of varicose veins of rectal area. This swelling may be either internal (inside anus) or external (around rectum). This swelling caused due to blood clotting in varicose veins – caused by blockage of blood circulation- which surfaces in the form of hemroid. Hemroid are separated in two distinct categories on the basis their infection on human body – either internal or external. The primary causes of both types of hemroid are identical. Here are some largely accepted causes of hemroids. Sitting for longer periods at one place. It is said that people whose work requires longer sittings are more prone to hemroids. The explanation given to this belief is that sitting for longer periods increase the strain on the veins of rectal area. Constipation is another major factor attributing to occurrence of hemroids. One gets hard stool and as such has to apply pressure for passing motions. This pressure affects the varicose veins in rectal region. Unhygienic toilet habits may also lead to symptoms of hemroids. If you did not pay attention towards cleanliness of anus and surrounding area it may give you itching. This itching and rubbing of rectal area may also lead to occurrence of hemroid. Chronic stomach problems like diarrhea may also contribute towards development of hemroids. Some women may notice occurrence of hemroids during their pregnancy. However, it is temporary and vanishes after child birth. Recurrent anal infections may also lead to hemroids. Sitting for longer periods while passing motions can be cause of hemroid If your job involves hazardous activities like lifting heavy items, it may also attribute towards development of hemroids. There are some other factors, which are considered to be contributing towards occurrence of hemroids. However, there are no proven results available to support these claims. Some of such factors are
    • Heredity
    • Inadequate consumption of fluids.
    • Insufficient quantity of fibrous foods in meals
    • Age factor may also contribute to hemroids ·
    • Working in places where temperature is very high
    • Smoking and chewing tobacco.
    • What ever may be the cause of hemroids, consult your doctor for early and right treatment and achieve fast relief.
