It is the truth that inserting contact lenses is not as easy as instruction, to beginner. I have worn contact lenses since 10 years ago. At the first time, it is really not easy because I am afraid to touch my eyes, especially pupil. My optometrist is a nice lady. She told me a truth that usually you do not need to touch pupil. The contact lens covers your pupil so that you can see everything clearly; otherwise the contact lens is not at the right position. She told me not to rush, slowing and calmly. It did work!! I put on them, remove them, and do that once more. Perfect! I did it although a bit tear came out. After that, I never worry about contact lenses insertion or removal.

Now let's begin our contact lenses insertion tour.

The most important point is clean. Before, in and after insertion, you must keep your hands, contact lenses, contact lens case and other things you touching clean! Keep this in your mind.

First, open the left container of your contact lens case. Then clean your hands with hand soap and dry them with clean towel or paper towel.

Secondly, use your fingers of your right hand, excepting for your forefinger, to hold the case and pour the left contact lens to your left palm. Confirm the contact lens are outside out and it is clean, undamaged. Use your right forefinger to touch and hold the contact lens.

Thirdly, use your fingers of your left hand to open the eye lips of your left eye. Put the contact lens onto your pupil. See the ground to let air out. It is done for the left contact lens.

The same way applies according to the contact lens of right eye.

Finally rinse the contact lens case with solution.
