Do you know how it is feels to be in a difficult test with a vision difficulty? Well, this was me, before natural eye care. One late night I was on my computer reading ( like a madman as usual ) and after about two hours of reading my eyes began to strain, but I kept on reading , just thinking that nothing was wrong. I probably kept on reading for another hour or so and then I went to bed. When I woke up in the morning, there was a problem; I was starting to see images blurry! I then did all the calculations and realized that that the fluorescent light bulb that somebody (no names) had put into the 40 watt fitter in my room was the root of the problem. I then looked at the fitter and it read something like “warning: place no light bulbs higher than 40 watts”. So I went on that day, just thinking that I would be able to see perfectly again after a couple of days , but no the problem persisted. So I went around with a vision problem. Yup, I was able to see, but sometimes I would see double and other times I would see images blurry. Most of this difficulty with my vision would happen when there were bright lights all around. I could have bought glasses, but I did not want glasses, something inside of me was telling me it would just go away. Then, one day in a Yoga class I had taken, my teacher informed us that we would be doing some eye yoga. I did not really know what to expect , but after awhile , I could just feel my eyes settle and ease for the first time in months. This eye lesson sparked me to research the internet for natural eye care and ever since it has been smooth seeing.
