For centuries penis enlargement was one of the main topics in men’s talk. It will stay like this for the centuries to come. 95% of men want to do something about their penis size. This article will show you the first steps to ensure you on your way to a larger penis with the correct exercise program.


In this penis enlargement program I will show you how to start increase your penis length. To achieve results with this, you have to be consistent. Most programs will tell you to do penis enlargement for three days, take one day off, two days on, one day off, etc. This can become confusing over the time. My own penis enlargement schedule work better for myself. I do my penis enlargement on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday I take off. Thursday and Friday I do penis enlargement again. Then I take the weekend off. Just like body exercise you should take days off to give the tissue in your penis a change to recover and grow. The recovering process makes it grow. You can decide for yourself which of the above schedules will work best for you. As long as you remember that consistency is most important for success.


Because I do all my other body exercises at home, I always make my penis exercises part of my body workout. I do the penis enlargement exercises after I done with my body workout. In this way I am already warm. All though I still do my penis warm up before I start with my penis enlargement. Warm up for penis enlargement it very important but very easy if you want to get results. For the warm up you take a hot towel and wrap it around your penis for about three minutes.


Alright, let us start with the penis enlargement exercise program.


THE PENIS LENTH EXTENDER:


This penis enlargement exercise will only increase the penis length in the flaccid or non erect state as well as in the erect state, and does nothing for penis girth. For this exercise you can either sit on the edge of a chair or stand.


1) Make sure your penis is in the flaccid state. Make an OK sign with your index finger and thumb. Grip your flaccid penis at the head with a firm grip, but not hard enough to feel discomfort. Pull out in front of yourself. Pull with enough force to feel a good stretch but without discomfort or pain. Hold this for 30 seconds. Repeat 10 times.

2) Relax and slap your penis against your leg for about 100 times to get the blood flow back into your penis. Take a rest for about one minute.

3) Repeat step 1, but this time you pull to the left. (I find this one works better when standing).

4) Relax and slap your penis against your leg for about 100 times to get the blood flow back into your penis. Take a rest for about one minute.

5) Repeat step 1, but this time you pull to the right.

6) Relax and slap your penis against your leg for about 100 times to get the blood flow back into your penis. Take a rest for about one minute.

7) Repeat step 1, but this time you pull down. (This one also works better when standing).

8) Relax and slap your penis against your leg for about 100 times to get the blood flow back into your penis. Take a rest for about one minute.

9) Repeat step 1, but this time you pull up towards the navel.

10) Relax and slap your penis against your leg for about 100 times to get the blood flow back into your penis. Take a rest for about one minute.

11) Repeat step 1, but this time you rotate your penis in a circular movement to the left, 30 times. Then rotate to the right, 30 times. Do 5 sets of this.

12) Relax and slap your penis against your leg for about 100 times to get the blood flow back into your penis.

Make sure your penis stays in the flaccid state all the time. You might get an erection in the beginning. If that happen, give it some time to go back to the flaccid state.


When I am finished with my penis enlargement exercise, I do the last important step. Just as the warm up is important for results, so is the warm down when you finished. For the warm down you can do the same hot towel as for the warm up or you can take a warm bath or shower as I do.
