Penis Enlargement Exercise Routine For Beginners


In this article I'll lay out step-by-step instructions on how to perform an entire penis enlargement exercise routine that consists of both jelqing and stretching.


I was able to use a combination of effective penis exercises and a good penis extender device to increase my penis length by 0.75" (erect length) in the course of a 6 month period. Using penis exercises and a good penis stretcher device, I managed to lengthen my penis by 0.75" (erect length) in half a year.



Warm-up Exercise


Before executing the following penis exercises, be certain to perform a warm-up first.


To warm-up, soak a towel in hot but not scalding water, wring out the towel, and wrap it around your penis. Hold it for 2 minutes. Then repeat this step for 3 times or more.


By doing so, you're improving the blood circulation in your penis to effectively lower the risks of damaging your penis.



Penis Stretching


By stretching your penis past its longest erect length by a tiny bit every time, the cells in your penis tissue will react to this force by multiplying. The new cells will make your penis bigger.


The stretching exercise below will increase the length of the penis but not the girth. Below are the instructions:


1)Start with your penis in the flaccid state. Grip firmly the head of your penis. avoid gripping so hard that you're stopping blood circulation.


2)Carefully and slowly stretch out your penis straight at 90 degrees from your body. Stretch to its maximum length without experiencing any pain or discomfort. Keep the penis stretched for five minutes. At the end of every minute, try to pull the penis out by a tiny bit more if you can - again, without experiencing any pain or discomfort.


3)Release your penis and take a one minute break.


4)Swing your penis in circles for 30 times or more to restore blood circulation.


5)Repeat steps 2 through 4, but instead of stretching out your penis straight at 90 degrees from your body, repeat once for each of these positions: with the penis pointing downwards, upwards, to the left, and finally to the right.


6)Lastly, stretch out your penis straight at 90 degrees from your body again for one minute. Then give your penis 10 gentle pulls in the same direction.



Penis Jelqing


Penis Jelqing is performed by forcing blood into your penis such that the blood chambers in the penis will expand permanentlyto increase size of the penis.


Warning: Never jelq a penis when it's fully erect. Here are instructions for jelqing:


1)Apply a few drops of Vaseline to your penis and spread it all over your penis.


2)Make a ring with your thumb and index finger around the root of your penis. Then, squeeze and slide upwards until you reach the penis head to force blood to the tip of the penis. This is one jelq. As your hand reaches the head, start with your other hand at the base and repeat the motion. Keep alternating hands, making each stroke last about 2 seconds.


3)To break-in your penis initially, perform 200-300 jelqs daily with moderate strength in the first week, then 300-500 jelqs daily at moderate to full strength in the 2nd week. From the 3rd week onwards, you can do 500 jelqs or more daily.


If you become erect while you're jelqing, you can either a)wait for it to go away naturally or b)squeeze harder to discourage the erection.


At signs of any pain and/or discomfort, stop jelqing immediately and do not attempt to jelq again until the signs have gone away.



Warming Down


To finish, execute the hot towel wrap once more to get blood circulation going again in your penis.



Last Words


Do not overdo the exercises outlined above. Otherwise, you risk injuring your penis.


The exercises above will certainly make your penis bigger, but by a small amount at a time. However, these tiny amounts will add up to impressive gains in time if you perform the routine regularly.
