What would happen if instead of not smoking your positive goal was to protect your body? Think about it? If your goal now is to protect your body, you will begin to focus on the many ways in which you can protect your body.

Maybe you will begin eating healthier foods or drinking more water or learning stress management.

Your entire focus is now on how to protect your body and not on quitting smoking! This takes away a tremendous amount of stress and is infinitely easier than trying to use will power to quit smoking!
