Lose Weight the Right Way


I was fat because I had the wrong mind set. I would eat meals at the wrong time of day. I would eat the wrong foods, and too much of those foods.

Then I found out if you eat at the right time of day each day it is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills. And I found you can get SLIM by eating the RIGHT FOODS at the RIGHT INTERVALS each day.

I found out low calorie diets do not work--The reason you cannot lose weight by starving yourself (using a low calorie diet) is because your metabolism will detect any major drop in calories and it will then ADJUST ITSELF by burning fewer calories each day.

I tried a Low Carb diet and it made me miserable--since they drained most of my energy and left me feeling quite awful each day

Then I found out that the brain controls the release of Fat Burning Hormones after each meal, which means food is not an enemy to weight loss. So even though it may seem like a contradiction to say that eating more often is the solution to weight loss...I found that's exactly what my new diet system I tried did. I found eating the right meals in the right patterns each day was the way to lose weight.

Eating less was not the answer, in fact I ate more than 3 meals everyday for 11 days and lost a lot of weight and felt so much better about myself.

I call this diet the "Idiot Proof Diet"

Because all I did was change my eating habits and adjust what I ate and lost weight.
