         Ever wonder how to loose weight with out putting too much effort. I recently talked face to face with a traditional ayurvedic doctor or practitioner who’s living in Sri Lanka (close to India). He revealed an amazing fact about weight loss and some other very useful health tips. Here’s what he actually said, First he said is you must change the dinner taking time that is normally at night but he said you should take diner at evening or other words at about 5p.m. the main reason for this is, as he said, if you take dinner at night you may deposit unwanted extra calories in to your body fat because you will go to bed after dinner and you are allowing less time to consume that extra calories also. So if you take dinner early as possible that is after 5p.m. you would allow more time to consume your calories rather than deposit it. You should also consume a high fiber, low calorie diet at around 5p.m. This is also being practice by Buddhist monks for their good health as they normally do not involve in any exercises. You can use above method with your current weight loss recipes plan also. You should also drink water instead of eating between meals. And avoid junk foods like fast foods as much as possible and eat fiber rich foods and fruits instead of carbohydrates rich foods. You should focus on recipes that are categorized as weight loss recipes for optimal weight loss. In addition to above method you should wakeup in the morning and drink approximately 1 litre(1L) bottle of water and wait 45 minutes. Then take your breakfast. You should first start with low volume of water and gradually increase it to amount that you can cope with. First few days you’ll want to go to toilet more often but later on you’ll use it. This is good ayurvedic practice. You’ll see a more clear, refreshed, good skin tone and this also helps me to reduce my acne with out any medication.
