Poulton Health and Beauty Rooms (PHBR) were established on the 18th August 1996. After a few ownerships, it was successfully revived by Valerie Buckley, incorporating the partnerships of Lesley Smith (who had run the salon with the previous owner) and her daughter Donna Fleetwood. All have trained (to certification standards) as Toning Table supervisors and carers. Lesley is also trained as a Contour Body Wrap administrator, First Aider and is also a fully qualified Nails Technician. Donna is a fully qualified Nails Technician. Donna Fleetwood is Miss Poulton Babe 2006-2007 Donna won the 'Miss Poulton Babe' competition this year. She was 'Miss Blackpool' 2005-2006. She also came runner-up in the 'Miss Royal Lancs' Competition 2005-2006 . Poulton Health and Beauty Rooms are now well established and are going from strength to strength. The atmosphere created is one of an intimate club, where one can make new friends and catch up with what's going on.
