The latest recall of pet foods which include companies like Iams and Purina, has really gotten my attention. I'll bet it has gotten yours, too. In this day and age, when we are getting products from countries that we know have lower standards then we do, why aren't we doing anything to regulate the products being used to make the foods we feed our pets? For most of us pet owners, our pets are an equal part of our family. My 6 year old Cocker Spaniel, Sasha, is a very essential part of my daily life. I'm sure you feel the same about your pet. It would be devastating to have Sasha get sick or die because I bought the wrong kind of pet food.
