The critics found his music to be too much similar to rappers AZ and Nas; this was proved to be the major reason for the failure of the album. After this failure his wife left him and prevented him for seeing his daughter. The lyrics of his songs became more personal and dark at this time due to the separation from his wife and child and also due to his failed suicide attempts. All his lyrics contained his disturbing and his negative outlook to life. He abused drug and was addicted to sleep inducing medicine. Subsequently he entered a rehabilitation center to take car of his addiction to the drug.
