Review of the Joss Stone CD - Introducing Joss Stone

Introducing Joss Stone is the latest release from British born pop music Sensation Joss Stone, and I can only think of one word to describe this CD… AWESOME! Refreshingly, this was one of those CDs I was able to just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish. More and more it seems if a CD has 2 or 3 good tracks on it you should consider yourself lucky. Not the case with this one at all. It plays like a best of collection, each song as good or better than the one before it. Introducing Joss Stone grabs your attention right from the start and absolutely does not let go until the very last note of the very last song. One of the really nice things about a CD like this one is when the talent is this rich even if pop music isn’t your favorite genre you still can’t help but appreciate the greatness of the artist. Stone fans will recognize that this CD presents a kind of reinvention of MS Stone. Overall Introducing Joss Stone is a solid release. As some in the know in the pop music industry will tell you, quite possibly Joss Stone's best to date. Really sensational from beginning to end. If you're even mildly into pop music you'll enjoy this album. While the entire album is really very good collection, some of my favorites are track 2 – Girl They Won't Believe, track 5 – Tell Me What We're Gonna Do Now, and track 13 – What Were We Thinking. My SmoothLee Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 6, Put Your Hands On Me. Outstanding!
