General Attitude to the Murders

As a result Inez’s customs did make a large dissimilarity to her actions and the way she took her revenge, and the society also affected by the culture of their surrounds also made a dissimilarity, as the people close to her helped her in killing by encouraging Inez to take her vengeance as cruelly as she did then. So when word got round that the doer had been killed by none other than Inez herself, persons did not critic or stare but rejoice in heat. It was similar to a victory for them, had at last taken their revenge on what they saw as this awful cold heartless mango planter who shot one of their own kind. The citizens of Agua Santa seem the type of people who just critic people on their looks and how they come into view on first hand, as they did with Riad Halabi, he came in at just the right time and consoled the persons, and they mechanically chose him as a person in charge, but with the mango planter they didn't and this is their chauvinism. They didn't bother giving the mango planter a fair trial, but just castled him a cruel man out to kill innocent boys. It is open to doubt what the boy's intentions were about the mango he picked up, but they did not bring to an end to wonder.
As a result the citizens of Agua Santa celebrated when they heard the news that the mango planter was dead, and the author describes the scene as happy as there were "more people than on All Saints Day", a day where people have a memory of the dead. The author here is trying to entail that the boy's passing away was representative and he was almost like a young not guilty saint. As these citizens wined and dined and became happy, others in the society were gladly helping in burying the dead body. The author says that the persons are celebrating the lifeless, then again burying the dead at the same time, with no remorse, so the novelist here is trying to entail that the boy was somewhat of a saint and the mango planter was simply nothing.
The persons of the society "returned their salutations with more than normal enthusiasm", at the same time as Halabi maintaining his leading part in the society led the way to the farmer’s interment spot, along with the assist from people in the society, who showed signs on thanks and pride as Inez and Halabi n the rest were doing this.
