There are a lot of specialized place of work dilemmas that I can write about and that are what has made this paper a little complicated to begin. I bring into play to be employed at a corporation called Diamond Ridge Health Rehabilitation Centre (DRHRC) in the Nursing Department. This alone opens up a lot of opportunities for moral issues to take place. The one that I can keep in mind the most concerning has to do with alleged sexual pestering by a co-worker. The total scenario is one that we as employees will bear in mind for a long time and for the ones that were supervisors certainly had a learning knowledge. The human being involved was a staff therapist in his 50's that had been at DRHRC for over 20 years at the time. He also trained at Life Support Education, we as fellow staff loved him as he for all time helped us get through ACLS, PALS and NRP. We all thinking of him as just a goofy high-quality aged young man from Brentwood who from time to time would say things that we in a minute blew off. Well all that changed with the new harassment gratis place of work laws. He used to speak things similar to "if you don't pass this I will smack you" and we just laughed. Then the new age group came to vocation. And one young girl was in PALS and he said his usual. Well the natural joking didn't set well with her and so it began. The first thing we noticed was that he suddenly was taken off the timetable, and no one would say why, and since I would from time to time help make out the timetable I was surely surprised by this. The next thing was that a number of us were requested to go to Human Resources and talk with the woman in charge of the study. But all for the duration of this we were never told what it was all about. I have since learned that this is the method this is done. I think this is the ethics of inquiry.
