Writers & Authors:

1. All articles must be written in English.
2. For feedback purposes, you must submit a valid e-mail address so that readers can use the e-mail the author feature. We will never sell or give your address to anyone unless required by law.
3. Submission of your article to ArticlePros.com gives us full and unconditional permission to publish your article on ArticlePros.com and distribute it to all article sites and mailing groups we support.
4. When submitting your article you claim ownership and full rights to the article.
5. We reserve the right to either publish or reject an article. No fowl or invalid content is permitted.
6. Being a FREE service, submission of your article means that you give permission for other publishers to reprint your article, providing that it is published as is and tagged with your bylines.
7. ArticlePros.com is only interested in valid information and quality ezine articles. No promotional articles. If we find that your article contains more than 50% of promotional content; we reserve the right to disapprove it and move it to our Classifieds category.
8. ArticlePros.com does not guarantee upon submission, that your article will be published on our site. It is at our discretion that an article is deemed invalid. This includes fowl language, hate, racism, SPAM etc.
9. Classified articles must be paid in advance.
10. ArticlePros.com is a free service and operates by accepting advertisements as funding to keep the service going..
11. We reserve rights to place your article in the correct category.
12. We reserve rights to edit or modify your article.
13. All articles must be original.
14. Plagiarism is not permitted on our site. If plagiarism is recognized, we reserve the right to delete the article with no questions asked.
15. Agreement by your and our site that your article is placed for distribution. We hold no liability for an articles distributed if found to be violated by any copyright laws. All copyrights remain with you as the author.

Webmasters & Publishers

1. This is a free service. We have no liabilities on any harm our published articles may cause you. As stated above, upon submission of an article to this site, we reserve the rights to publish it in our free articles directory service. We do not own 100% of every articles copyright. We know and respect the copyrights of the articles belong to the authors.
2. Reprint the FULL article as it is shown in the articles page and must include the about the Author segment. You must contact the author to ask permission to edit the article for grammar or spelling.
3. Activation or hyperlink the links and/or URLs found in the About the Author in the case that the article will be reprinted in a website, blog, forum or any other publication as long as it remains online. Include a link at the bottom of the article, source: www._______.com if publishing the article to your website/blog/forum as well. Links need to be clickable leading to www.ArticlePros.com.
4. You do not have rights to publish an article at any warz, porn, mp3 or at any site that all laws on any country finds to be unlawful.
5. You agree not to reprint or include the article for any unlawful online acts. This includes spamming or other forms of unsolicited e-mail.
6. Agreement not to sell any articles in our directory to anyone for any purpose. Agreement by you to NEVER charge a fee for accessing or reprinting an article in our directory.
7. No limits to the number or reprints on an article in our directory as long as all policies are followed.
8. If you wish to reprint or publish an article, you agree to give the author a notice in advance.
9. You agree that ArticlePros.com does not hold liability for violations, accuracy, issues an article may be found to have on your use in our directory.
10. Publishing of an article online is allowed provided changes are not made to the article from our RSS feed. Use of our about the Author page is also allowed providing all terms above are followed.

Privacy

Registration of an account will be kept private and will not be given to the public or be saleable.
