In the event that their nanny or babysitter has molested your child, will it be then you wish you had conducted a thorough background check before hiring that person? It is always advisable to conduct a background check on a nanny regardless of whether this person comes highly recommended by trusted person. Regrets cannot change the fact an incident that has already occurred that cause long term affects to your children’s mental state, not to mention the guilt that you will have for not taking simple measures of conducting a background check. We all have to work and sometimes, we need to take our children to day care center or even hiring of a private nanny. But, notice the crime rates that actually occur in this industry.
