Padded snow boarding pants will also introduced as beginners can spend a lot of time on their bum. For the more advanced snow boarders helmets where also developed to provide necessary head protection. These helments have been designed so that so snow goggles can still be worn. Brands such us Oakley which traditionally sold ski goggles started to offer helmets and other accessories to customers.

Even with the advancements in technologies some dangers will always exist. More advanced snow boarders there is always the possible risk of avalanches. Avalanches claim boarders every year and are always a greater threat after a heavy snow fall. Many injuries are quite often caused by collisions which quite often happens when one person looses control and crash’s into another. This result in thousands in medical treatment been offered to thousands of people every year.

However with all this said snow boarding is a very popular sport and continues to grow every year. So as long as you make sure you are in a safe environment and have all the necsassarry safety equipment there is now reason why you should take part in this new and exciting sport.
