One of the biggest problems that newer ADD Coaches face is turning potential clients into actual clients. Part of the problem is that the coach's expectations may be too high. Potential clients will become actual clients when they like and trust you, and when they are ready. Don't underestimate this fact. You can give as many sample sessions as you want, but the potential client will not become an actual client until he or she is truly ready for coaching. And this can take time. Here's a 4-step process to build trust and likeability with your potential clients, which will help you turn them into actual clients when they are ready. 1. Have a website or blog that reflects your personality 2. Send an email newsletter on a regular basis 3. Do everything in your power to have potential clients willingly subscribe to your newsletter 4. Hold free "How Can I Help?" teleclasses Follow these steps, and always remember to be yourself. You'll find that the more you put into this process, the sooner you'll reach a "tipping point" in which clients start signing on.
