To determine the above, collecting opinions from former and current customers will be the best. This is how you can do it, try typing in search box, "host name" +"reviews" and you should be able to see lists of websites, hopefully covering some reviews from the web host users.
Now the above sounds easy! Unfortunately it's time consuming. It took me about 10 hours to come up with this list.
