Incoming Links: Incoming links are the links to a particular page coming from other websites. Incoming links are more important than internal links because these links tells search engines that how many websites recognize your website.

Outgoing Links: Outgoing links refers to the number of website links where you have placed your link. It also links to some high ranking sites under your web position.
