The most important thing on the internet is link building. It is the backbone of the internet. Everybody wants to have as many incoming links as possible.
Why is this? Easy, the more incoming links you have, the more you are known, the easiest is for people to find you but the most important thing is that your Page Rank is higher the more links you have. Let’s be honest, everybody is making their best to be linked from the best places on the internet, and all for this PR, and for the huge amount of traffic that search engine can generate.
I have seen people do all kind of things to get links to their site:
? they start spamming - which is bad for everybody and almost useless in the PR building process.

? they try to exchange links between themselves - which usually takes a lot of time and you have to check all the time that your “partner” still has your link up and running).

? another method is posting on different forums - this is a good thing to do as you can learn many things but still time consuming and not very good for PR as all your links will be from the same IP.

? some join expensive programs that provide them with one way links – this is the best method if you have the money for it

? there are some that write articles and submit them to article directorys – good approach if you have what to write about

But most of them forget the easiest way to get high quality one way links: Web Directorys. Yes, you heard me web directorys, most of them won’t bring you any traffic, so don’t go submitting for the wrong reasons. One thing is certain, directorys are viewed as a good thing by the search engines, because they are mostly human edited, so the links are of good quality. Web directorys are also very well crawled, because of the ever changing content and this means that if you have your link in some of them your site will get picked up really fast by search engines.
Lately there has been a boost in the number of directorys on the internet. Many make their own directorys and provide free submission for all websites that want to have an extra link. One quality free general web directory is Pegasus Directory free web directory . It has a good response time you get your response usually the same day, or the next one.
Because of the boost of the web directorys, good lists with quality directorys also came to life. Such a top of directory would be Top web directorys .
Another thing that bloomed along with directorys is manual directory submission. Many offer manual directory submission, for fair prices, considering that directory submission gets boring after too many directorys. A good manual directory submission servce can be found at: > Directory submission.
