The New VoIP Provider

PhoneFusion is not the typical VoIP provider. With features like call guard, call recording, Meet-Me conference calling, fax to e-mail and many more, PhoneFusion is a hassle-free service that manages all your calls with just one number. It doesn’t require any new hardware or software and can be integrated with existing e-mail systems. A permanent phone number is allotted to you to give to your family, friends, colleagues and clients. Once someone dials this number, PhoneFusion will contact you whether you are in car, in boardroom, at home or anywhere in the world. PhoneFusion also provides a PBX-type phone system via telephone and online sales or retail directly to businesses. Features include: Record Calls/Memos: With PhoneFusion, recording directory assistance telephone numbers, phone calls, directions or other information can be a very easy task. Recorded calls can be listened in three ways: as voicemail message, via Virtual Inbox, or in e-mail with a .WAV file attachment. Call Screening: PhoneFusion incites the caller to record his name before transferring the call to give you the choice of taking or rejecting a call. Rejected calls go through a cascade of choices you specify. These calls can be relayed to another extension, back to the virtual attendant, or to voicemail. Fax to E-mail: PhoneFusion can receive faxes 24x7 and is able to forward them to any fax machine or on a PC as a PDF document. PhoneFusion notifies you of fax just like voicemail messages. Meet-Me Conference Calling: Here, each participant who wants to join the conference needs to dial the special “Meet-Me” conference telephone number that automatically links him to the conference through a “Meet-Me Conference Bridge.” Voicemail to E-mail: With PhoneFusion, check your messages by phone or get voicemails as e-mail by keeping a default greeting or record a tailored one. Once the voicemail is left, the message will be automatically changed into an electronic file and delivered to your e-mail account. Call Guard: Call guard monitors yours calls. If the call is disconnected in the middle of the conversation, PhoneFusion will request the caller to stay on the line while it tries to reconnect the call. If it is unable to do so, the caller will be transferred to voicemail.
