What follows is a letter I sent to the Arizona Attorney General, the Govenor of Arizona and a State Senator. I want to get this out to the world to let the people know whats going on in this police state they call Arizona, in the so called free country of America. 8/27/06
Dear Mr Goddard, My name is Warren Yarnall and I live in Yarnell AZ. There is a situation I think you should be made aware of. A little three year old girl was taken out of her home forcibly by CPS and in doing so caused the grandmother of this child to suffr some sort of attack, where she collapsed onto the floor and was left there by CPS and the police officer who forced his way into the home. They ignored her and stepped over her to gather the babys things and then leave with her, while leaving the grandmother lying on the floor to fend for herself. Whats more the guy in charge of all this is a known drug user himself. If you care anything for the people of this state will you PLEASE look into this matter? The state is crossing lines of moral, ethical and legal boundries. The guy at CPS is Sean Richardson. The mother is Jena Lemmon and the grandmother is Sue Stump. They both live together in Wickenberg which is in Maricopa County and this nazi is in Prescott, which as you know is in Yavapai County. The phone number of Jena and Sue is 928-684-6817. Sue Stump can tell you more than I can becaused she is living it. Ask her about the nurses at the hospital where she goes for treatment. They went to school with this Sean Richardson and they say he was one of the biggest drug users in school, and even into his freshman year in college. I am not a blood relative of the baby, her name is Sarah Elizabeth Lemmon, but I love her just the same as if she were my own. She calls me papa. Little Sarah came into my life when she was about six months old and I cared for her, fed her, bathed her, dressed her, put her to sleep, got her up and started a new day with her. Jena fell in with the wrong crowd and started using drugs. She is only human, and humans make mistakes. But she has gotten control of her life back and now the state wants to take her daughter away from her, and adopt her out. What is that all about? Since when can the state, or any one else for that matter cancel somebodys parental rights and give a child away? Is this a police state you are running? What happened to our civil liberties? Our rights? Jena is clean and is going to stay that way and all she wants is her daughter back. I have no legal say in this matter but I do have a computer and I know how to use it. He has got to be stopped before he can destroy this family and others to come.
