If you found this review, you're probably hungry, right? Well, I want to take a short moment to tell you of one of the coolest restaurants in the Sacramento area: "A Southern Komfort Cafe". I always hear people complain about how there's no great Southern restaurants in Sacramento. I have to admit, they are pretty hard to find. Here, I'll tell you about this great Southern themed restaurant in Citrus Heights, and mention a couple dishes featured on the menu. * At "A Southern Komfort Cafe", my favorite dish would have to be the BBQ TRI-TIP. The meat is nicely seasoned, and the sauce can be described by the saying on the bottle, "It Must be the Sauce!!" Perfectly sweet with a touch of smoke flavor. Because I'm a fan of "SPICY", I like the spicy version of the sauce. However, there are plenty different dishes on the menu. You could easily find something that fits your particular taste. Spicy or not. * One of the most distinct features of "A Southern Komfort Cafe", is the theme itself. The spirit of New Orleans can be felt throughout this unique restaurant, with a jazzy sound in the backround. The theme is the very reason you can find crab/seafood gumbo on the menu, hot links, candy yams, red beans & rice, baked beans, cornbread, pork spareribs, jambalaya, potato salad, banana pudding, fried chicken, sweet potato pie, and peach cobbler to name more than just a few...For those who have experienced the great atmosphere, one way to share their experience with others, is to look into catering for a personal or business event. * The good news is, If you're near any of the following towns: Citrus Heights Roseville, Carmichael, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, Rocklin, Natomas, North Highlands, Del Paso Heights, or Elk Grove, you're just a hop, skip, and a jump away! So feel free to call today. I thank you for your time, and appreciate you reading this article. There's a million other things you could be doing besides reading this review. You could actually be eating now... I know, I know, you're hungry, right? Just wanted to share my personal experience with all of you hungry readers out there. When you think of great food, think: "A Southern Komfort Cafe!!"
