I can spend time on my business, and have more time for my wife and my second love - golf. I play at least once a week, sometimes twice a week, with my friend John, my brother Rick, and my partner Mike. Thanks to my success, I can play at every golfer’s paradise - Pebble Beach - or almost anywhere else I desire. I love to travel, and will be going on vacation to London and Paris in a couple of months, and will be staying at the finest hotels. You simply can’t do that when you’re making $50,000 a year; you have to make $50,000 a month. In the next five years, I will have paid off both of my homes, retire, and travel the world. Given my humble beginnings, it’s a wonderful feeling to know that my dreams are within reach. The Secret to Living Your Dreams I firmly believe that, with desire and determination, anyone can make enough money on the Internet in order to fulfill their dreams. Here are the first three secrets: 1. Follow-up 2. Follow-up 3. Follow-up Just as location is everything in the real estate business, follow-up is everything when it comes to the Internet. Sending out one email in response to an information request isn’t follow-up. Persistence - whether by email or telephone - is key. Here’s the fourth secret: 4. Be yourself Be real. Be human. You don’t have act like some caffeinated used car salesman to be successful. People want to see that you’re real and that the business is real.
