<div align=justify>The only convincing explanation for thinking negatively about self and other people is lying to yourself and existing on the life scale below the 500 mark. The "life scale" is goes from 0-1000. People who live under the 500 mark are suffering from self defeating thoughts and actions. Self-deceived critical thinking people observe life from within the box. The issue with negative thinking self-deceived people is that they are unaware that they're duped. They don't think they are wrong hence everyone else has to be wrong. They are deaf and blind to solutions or self improvement that could take them out of their box and give them the ability to view life above 500. Self-deceived negative thinking people who exist under 500 are pessimistic, fault finding, cynical, detached, unhappy, controlling, frustrating and always justifying. Living with or working with these people is a lose/lose situation since people will always have weaknesses that negative people will focus on.
