<div align=justify>Stress has now become a common phrase in our everyday vocabulary. Numerous surveys and studies confirm that occupational pressures and fears are far and away the leading source of stress for American adults and that these have steadily increased over the past few decades. Symptoms of stress are usually associated with tension aches and pains and the side effects of overuse of analgesics has encouraged a search for <a>natural pain remedies</a> as a better alternative.

A comprehensive national survey conducted in 1990 revealed the following data with the percentages at an even higher figure today:

·	40% of workers reported their job was very or extremely stressful

·	25% view their jobs as the number one stressor in their lives

·	75% of employees believe that workers have more on-the-job stress than a generation ago
·	Job stress is more strongly associated with health complaints than financial or family problems

Whether the causes are physical or emotional, some of the symptoms are common to both. Muscles in the shoulders, neck and back start to tighten and, if ignored, may go into spasm that sometimes results in displacement of the vertebrae. It is not only painful but now the pain has added another contributory factor to create more stress and so we embark on a downward spiral.

Often clients would come in disorders that could have been caused by irresponsible use of analgesics. This was one of the reasons my research into natural pain remedies began. In order to handle the discomfort of the stress symptoms people were taking analgesics in much larger quantities than is recommended, as they were all easily available off supermarket or pharmacy shelves. After much research, I developed a topical spray with all natural ingredients that had no side effects and yet successfully relieved the pain quickly, and so 'Naturally Painless' was born.

Excessive use of aspirin, acetaminophen and ibuprofen create what is called 'analgesic rebound effect' - it can happen that when the effect of the painkiller wears off, the body feels the pain more intensely and this creates the need for more pain medication. In other words, a painkiller addiction has been created. Drug use can also alter serotonin levels in the brain, which are linked to stress pain like migraine attacks. More sophisticated prescription stress pain remedies carry with them additional harmful side effects like heart disease, digestive disorders, ulcers and liver damage.
