<div align=justify>I am a recovering alcoholic and managed to beat my addiction to alcohol after three decades of heavy drinking. I was never one of those lucky people who could only drink socially and I was never able to admit that I had a problem. My relationships with people and my work suffered intensely, I would spend every day in an alcoholic haze and the worst thing was that I didn't give a damn.<BR><BR>I gave up drinking six months ago when I finally realised I'd been in denial. I had a choice, I could either give up drinking or watch everything of value slip away and I did it! <BR><BR>I found quitting alcohol was not quite as bad as I'd imagined, the biggest obstacle I encountered was finding help that was suitable for me. I tried AA and that didn't work out, because I was looking for a solution that would put me in control of my addiction and allow me to reclaim my power and self respect.<BR><BR>I have been off of the booze for six months now and can quite happily be around alcohol and not be tempted, it was a very different story a while ago.<BR><BR>Using some very simple techniques and tools I managed to turn my life around and it's now better than I could ever have imagined and I really want to share the things I've learned with fellow alcoholics.<BR><BR>I have a free 20 minute MP3 available for download, it uses brain entrainment to remove the cravings of addiction and will relax and give you a feeling of contentment.I also have a forum where you can meet fellow alcoholics and share your experiences and support each other.<BR><BR>You may find my techniques are very simple to apply and do not require you to turn to religion or to part with any money.
