<h1>The joys of audio books</h1> <p align=right>by Jonny Peter Giles</p> <div align=justify>If you are a person who like a good yarn, who appreciates a good story, you may be disappointed in the fact that you simply do not have enough time to read. If you are like most people, you find yourself with barely enough time to eat and sleep let alone to sit down and read a good book. As a result, you may have given up reading all together. However, the reality is that with audio books you can have all of the pleasure of reading within the confines of your full and busy daily schedule.<br /> <br /> Like may people, you may get a great deal of windshield time on a nearly daily basis. You may have to commute to and from work … spending a great deal of time behind the wheel of your car. Of course, it’s truly not a good idea to try and read while you drive (even though some people really do try). Your best bet is to obtain some audio books for your workaday commute.<br /> <br /> In addition to buying audio books for your daily commute, audio books also are absolutely perfect if you are a person who travels with regularity. Armed with audio books, you can make all types of travel far easier and far more enjoyable -- whether you are traveling by car or airplane (or even by train or bus).<br /> <br /> More and more people are becoming concerned about their health and wellness. These people have started to undertake diet and exercise programs. Audio books prove to be the perfect addition to any exercise regiment or workout program. You can head to the gym, or take off on a healthy walk, with audio books carried along with you. <br /> <br /> Even if you are merely trying to take in a book during quiet time at home, audio books are a perfect choice. For example, you can take a bit of time to relax in your favorite chair, plug in one or another of the many audio books that are available today, and enjoy a wonderful period of time directly and especially for you.<br /> <br /> You do not have to struggle to find audio books that you will enjoy. Audio books are now readily available both in the brick and mortar world and on the Internet and World Wide Web. For example, in both locations there are shops and outlets that specialize specifically in selling a terrific selection of the latest (and most favored) of audio books. <br /> <br /> Moreover, and once again online and in the real world, you can find the latest (and greatest) of audio books for sale at major booksellers. The typical bookseller is getting well into the game of marketing audio books of all types.<br /> <br /> Finally, audio books now are also being offered for sale at many of the major discount retail stores in operation today -- in the real world and in cyberspace. Thus, when all is said and done, you don’t have to do much to find audio books that you will enjoy.
