And avoid junk foods like fast foods as much as possible and eat fiber rich foods and fruits instead of carbohydrates rich foods. You should focus on recipes that are categorized as weight loss recipes for optimal weight loss. In addition to above method you should wakeup in the morning and drink approximately 1 litre(1L) bottle of water and wait 45 minutes. Then take your breakfast. You should first start with low volume of water and gradually increase it to amount that you can cope with. First few days you’ll want to go to toilet more often but later on you’ll use it.
