<div align=justify>It is quite easy to recognize such kind of people as they don’t find it necessary to care about their dress, for example. They talk in a different way and don't pick up the eyes from the ground while talking with somebody. They are not interested in any physical activities, they can be thin or chubby, but not fit, and they never tanned. They lead a computer game programmers live eating potato-chips with chopsticks and coffee-milk. Their everyday rhythm is quite different as they can stay awake for about 40 hours and consequently they can rest for 12 hours approximately. 
Concerning the emergence of such kind of cyber culture it should be stressed that the otaku are quite opposite to traditional Japanese people.  Representing a new subculture, they can be seen even as a new race of human being. 
Modern media experts, sociologists and theorists of computer culture are convinced that the otaku movement presents the next stage of human life, while its representatives are new human species. A computer-culture expert Sherry Turkle in his research indicates that residents of the cyber world reflect themselves in a radically new way, with the only sense of being connected with the numerous windows opening and toggling simultaneously on the screens of their computers.</div>
