• Diffuse Anoxal Injury- this injury can be a result of string rotation or shaking of the head


• Concussion- this injury can be a result of a direct blow to a person’s head, aggressive shaking of the head, and gunshot wounds


• Penetration Injury- a person obtains this injury due to the blow of a knife, bullet, or other kind of sharp object that forces skin, hair, bone, and other elements into the brain from the object


2. Acquired Brain Injury- Acquired brain injury is an injury which is not congenital, degenerative, hereditary, or stimulated by a birth trauma. It is an injury which occurs and is acquired after the birth of a person. The following symptoms may be seen from a person who has an acquired brain injury:


• disorders in muscle movement


• extreme behavior problems


• cognitive impairment


Meanwhile, here are two types of acquired brain injury


• Anoxic brain injury- anoxic brain injury occurs when the brain is unable to be get oxygen which is needed are needed by the brain cells in order to function and survive


• Hypoxic brain injury- this occurs when the brain gets insufficient oxygen
