Big Prints, Big Impression

The key to success in any business is being able to project an image that tells customers you are professional and stand beside the products you sell. That doesn’t mean you have to BE big, you just have to LOOK it. Small companies are able to project an image of professionalism by choosing professional color printing to advertise their business.

The key is to look professional and not look like a Mom and Pop store. Many customers would prefer to buy their services and supplies from a small enterprise, but they have to be sure the company is capable of servicing their needs in a timely and professional manner. At the same time, customers are not going to deal with a big company that is unable to provide professionalism and timely delivery of products and services.

Small businesses have a disadvantage over large businesses because they have to prove themselves to customers. Many companies would prefer to order services and supplies from small businesses, but they have to be certain they can obtain the same professionalism, quality, and timely services. At the same time, if a company is looking for a product and a big vendor cannot ship it for a week but a small vendor can deliver it within the week, who are they going to choose?

The professionalism and quality of the products differ between a large and small business because sometimes your larger companies seem to feel their size gives them an automatic advantage over a small business, but this is not always the case. Choosing to be professional and taking care of your customers is the key to success.

Small businesses have a size disadvantage over big businesses, but that doesn’t mean they are not capable of having a substantial sales volume. The key is to look big with professionalism and quality service—if you look like a Mom and Pop store you will not have the success you desire because customers will not know if they will receive the same quality of service as the big guys provide.

Being small does not mean you have to sacrifice success or sales volume—you just have to work harder in order to prove your business can provide all of the services the bigger companies can at a lower cost with a higher quality of service.

In order to SELL big, you have to LOOK big. Just like the stature of a person does not determine their worth nor does the size of a business determine their ability to compete in the retail and service industry. Choosing to be professional and offer service that goes beyond the normal scope of a day’s transactions will give even a small business the same opportunities a big business has.
