How many times have you seen ads for Google AdSense? More than you can remember I'm sure. AdSense is an easy way to generate some income BUT if you are new to AdSense, make sure that you read the "Policy" section completely. Many who first find out about this "easy way to make money" are so anxious that they overlook some of the rules that Google strictly adhears to. As a matter of fact, I would suggest that you read through everything a few times. Google is very protective of their paying advertisers and rightfully so. Picture yourself spending $500 or more a month on your business. You would expect that every click on your ad is by someone who is actually interested. Adsense provides you with a "Free" account to allow you to make money by placing their ads on your web site or blog. Once you realize that you make money everytime someone clicks on an ad shown on your site, well, you may get tempted to click on one, two or maybe more. DON'T do it. I read where somone's mother thought she would help by going to her son's site and started clicking and clicking. Guess what happened? You got it, his account was disabled. Once Google disables an account, it's almost imposible to get it back. OK...you might think you can get around this by emailing a number of people and ask them to go to your site and get "click happy". Wrong again! Google is the Judge and Jury when it comes to questionable clicks. They have some pretty sophisticated tracking software and when there is a flag, it's reviewed and sentencing is carried out swiftly. My point is not to make you so nervous that you don't even get an AdSense account but to encourage you to be very careful. You can make some really good money with Google but always play by the rules and you will get to enjoy this nice little "cash cow" for as long as it lasts.
