Is Your Home Paid For?

Hi

My Name is Daryl Chambers. My financial planner called me one day and asked me this question. "Is your home paid for?" I said, of course... "no, I wish it were but probably never would be".

He laughed and said, "if you could that would feel pretty good, wouldn't it?"

He introduced me to a system that will take me from paying off in 27 years to 12.8 and will save me $325,000 in interest. (on a $500,000) loan.

It isn't a refinance or a bi-monthly/bi-weekly payment plan. AND there is little or no change to my monthly budget.

I did some checking around and discovered that there is quit a buzz stirring about this time proven plan. It has been featured in several financial industry trade magazines. NBC news did a expose on it and tested it for a year and "it works". The journalist and 3 other guys from the station were so impressed they are continuing to use it today. I found out that 1 out 3 homeowners have been using a system like this in Australia and England for more than 10 years now.

It seemed too good to be true, but once I understood it was really simple. I was so impressed that I became a certified agent.

It would feel pretty good to keep all that money instead of giving it all to the bank.. wouldn't it? What would you do with all the money you would save?

I am sure you would like to see if you qualify for this program... wouldn't you.
