A tile roof is one of the most attractive and durable roofing systems you can install on your Tampa area home. You should do this kind of visual inspection at least annually and also if anything falls on the roof, such as tree limbs. If you spot any damaged tiles, arrange to have them repaired as soon as possible to prevent water leakage or further damage.
In Florida, cleaning of roof tiles is necessary as well. The most common way to do this is with a non pressure chemical wash.
