The New Jersey Devils are a competent ice hockey team that is located in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The logo used by The New Jersey Devils is a monogram made of the English alphabet letters "N" and "J". These letters have two devil horns placed at the top of the letter "J" along with a sharp tail at the base. The logo is red in color with a a black outline. It perches inside an open black circle. The present team has both home and road jerseys in the colors red, black and white. The present home jersey was the team’s road jersey previously and vice versa. It is mostly red in color with three black and white stripes placed across each arm and the waist. The road jersey has a similar design on a white base. The stripes are of black and red color. Prior to 1993, the team’s uniforms were green and red in color having slightly different stripes. The same one exists today. The mascot used by the Devils at present is a 7-foot tall devil. This mascot entertains the fans, signs autographs, takes part in games at the break, skates on the ice and gives high fives to the crowd.
