Imagine being singled out as one of an elite group of people that have a 48 hour day, whilst the rest of humanity struggles by with only 24. Imagine having those 24 hours solely for the purpose of nurturing your soul and working toward achieving your dreams and goals. You would finally be able to do all those things that you've been putting off for 'someday'.You'd be able to reach your goals so much faster, wouldn't you?

Whilst I don't know of any way to create another 24 hours, would you be interested in a method so powerful that it's as good as having another 24 hours each day? What if I told you that this little practice was so amazing that it could literally double or even triple your productivity? That means that you could be getting 2-3 times as much work completed and reach your goals 2-3 times faster.
All it takes is 1 hour of your day.

There are 3 distinct areas that you need to concentrate on :
Physical
Mental
Emotional/Spiritual

It is one of the laws of nature that what we don't take care of atrophies. If we buy a new car but neglect to service it, change the oil and do other basic maintenance then the car will soon fall into disrepair.

The same is true of our relationships. If we neglect a loved one and fail to spend any time nurturing the relationship then it will soon fall apart due to neglect. We see this happen to countless marriages and parent-child relationships.

The law of atrophy applies to all aspects of life. If you fail to care for your physical body then you will soon reap the bitter harvest of poor health. Your body will loose the youthful vigor that was once so natural.

If you neglect any of these areas you are simply shortchanging yourself and cheating yourself out of the ability to lead a complete, balanced and fulfilling life.

It's best to do this practice in the morning so that the after effects last all day long.

1. Start the day with 20 minutes of prayer/meditation. This will strengthen and fortify you for the rest of the day.
2. Now onto 20 minutes of exercise. This is also a wonderful time to listen to motivational and educational audio cassettes, Cd's or mp3's. You get to condition your mind and body at the same time. This is also the perfect time to say your goals/affirmations out loud (or listen to a recording of them ) and visualize yourself achieving them . This will keep you focused on your goals and you'll achieve them much faster. Look at it as
re-conditioning your mind and body at the same time.

3. Now for 20 minutes of reading. Choose a topic you want to learn more about, get some good books on it and start reading. Commit to reading at least 1 new book a month. One book a week is even better. Of course the more you read the better for you. You will be amazed at how much you can learn in just one year.

I can hear you saying: 'It sounds all good but where do I find 1 hour a day? There are many options, but one that has worked for many people -and can work for you- is to cut out TV time in the evening and go to bed 1 hour earlier, so that you can wake up 1 hour earlier.

This practice can revolutionize your life, if you take the time to do it. So don't just read this potentially life-changing advice and move on. Pencil it into your day planner and set your alarm for an hour earlier. It's the hour that you release your inner power.
