Either way, you get the same information but with different audio quality. When you apply this process when attempting any type of change the results may amaze you. People are always surprised at how well they can do using hypnosis audio.

It doesn't matter if the recording is slick and polished or sounds like a recorded phone call. If you don't get results nothing else matters.
